Do I Need To Undress For A Reiki Session?
No. Reiki is preformed fully clothed. You will lie comfortably on a padded massage table or sit in a comfortable chair. For distance Reiki you can lie down or sit on your sofa or on top of your bed. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended so you can fully relax.
Can Reiki be Done From A Distance?
Yes. Energy Healing is not limited by distance. Distance Reiki is just as effective as in person treatments. We connect at a scheduled time via video call or a quiet meditation window, allowing you to receive the healing energy from the comfort of your own home.
How many Sessions Will I Need To see Results?
While a single session brings immediate stress relief and deep relaxation, long term healing is a process. For Chronic physical or emotional issues, a series of 3-4 weekly sessions is recomended to create lasting balance and deeper shifts.
Does Reiki Replace Medical or Psychological Treatment?
